Pre - Purchase Condition Survey
A pre-purchase survey is performed to determine the vessel’s condition. The pre-purchase survey is typically the most comprehensive inspection.
A vessel can be put through. The final survey report provides detailed inspection results with photographs, and makes recommendations for repairs and modifications to meet accepted standards for condition and safety. Pre-purchase surveys include a visual inspection of the vessels structure, accommodations, machinery, equipment and certificates. Pre- purchase surveys can be performed under way, afloat or during docking period. Pre–purchase surveys includes one ballast tank inspection agreed on, provided tank is prepared for safe entry.a detailed report with photos will be submitted.
